Relaxing Massage Services

Pregnancy, Labor, Postpartum, and Infant Massage

Pregnancy Massage relieves neck, back, sciatic pain, headaches, round ligament pain, and fatigue. It helps with the reduction of stress and stretch marks as well as in increasing circulation and relaxing muscles to help with labor. Done in-office.

Labor Massage promotes a speedier birth, relieves lower back, and muscle contraction discomfort. It reduces pain and anxiety as well as opens the pelvis to encourage your baby’s descent. Done at the place of birth.

Postpartum Massage promotes healing and recovery after vaginal or C-section birth. It relieves stiffness and soreness and realigns the pelvis. Postpartum massage can also help the uterus return to normal and flatten the abdominal muscles. Done in-office or out-call.

Infant Massage relieves constipation, gas, stress, and colic. It also offers stimulation to the nervous system and promotes bonding with dad or partner. Done with instruction in-office or out-call. Part of the doula service package.

Labor Induction Massage

After your 39th week, pressure points in ankles and feet foot reflexology and head massage promotes a speedier birth, relieves lower back, and muscle contraction discomfort. It reduces pain and anxiety as well as opens the pelvis to encourage your baby’s descent.

Full Pamper Hotmomma Pregnancy Massage

Anytime after 8 weeks. It relieves neck, back, sciatic pain, and headaches, round ligament pain, and fatigue. It helps with the reduction of stress and stretch marks as well as in increasing circulation and a relaxing full facial massage that releases sinus pressure and cleanses the pores with aromatherapy and hot stones.

$210 – 2 ½ hrs

Postpartum Massage

Reduction in hip size relieves fluid retention, returns uterus to normal, and relieves muscle aches and tension, "Bring Your Sexy Back"

$200 - 2 hours plus a $30 travel fee

Bedrest Massage

Homebound high-risk pregnancies in-home or hospital, relieves neck, back, sciatic pain, headaches, round ligament pain, and fatigue. It helps with the reduction of stress and stretch marks as well as in increasing circulation and relaxing muscles to help with labor.

$100 - 1 hour (No separate travel fee)

Travel Fee - $30 (Added to all out-call visits)

Guided Meditation Session

Hypnotherapy used, during and after pregnancy addressing all issues, including fear of the unknown, helps to gain confidence, and allowing unwanted negative beliefs, fears, and stresses to be released, allowing a more controlled and enjoyable experience.

$100 couple (small group) / $150 couple (private)

Infant Massage Session

Eases the discomfort of birthing, releases tension, helps premature infants gain weight, improves breathing function, helps relieve colic, fever, chest, and nasal congestion.

30 mins.

$55 for Parents and Baby, Newborn – 9 months

Please bring a lubricant blanket, pacifier, or the infant's favorite knickknack.

*There is a $30.00 travel fee for all out-calls
