Pregnancy Massage relieves neck, back, sciatic pain, headaches, round ligament pain, and fatigue. It helps with the reduction of stress and stretch marks as well as in increasing circulation and relaxing muscles to help with labor. Done in-office or out-call.

Labor Prep Massage promotes a speedier birth, relieves lower back, and muscle contraction discomfort. It reduces pain and anxiety as well as opens the pelvis to encourage your baby’s descent. Done in-office at 36 weeks on.

Postpartum Massage promotes healing and recovery after vaginal or C-section birth. It relieves stiffness and soreness and realigns the pelvis. Postpartum massage can also help the uterus return to normal and flatten the abdominal muscles. Done in-office or out-call.
