Policy for Doula Services

In case of policy restriction that prohibits me from the labor room due to hospital policy, the service fee is owed in full. I will make every possible effort to be with you as your labor, wherever you are laboring. Sometimes, such as instances of a pandemic illness or outbreak, hospitals create new policies that restrict the number of visitors and support people from the birth room. Please know that the organizations that govern hospitals typically stand on the side of doula support and not restricting laboring people's access to doulas, however hospitals have the rights to make up their own policies surrounding what they feel is best for public health. You do have the rights to advocate for me to be present. However, if I am restricted from the room due to policy despite our efforts to advocate for my presence, my fee will be owed in full.

Should I be restricted, I will grant you an extra postpartum massage session.

Policy for Massage Services

In case of policy restriction that prohibits me from performing massage sessions due to TDLR policy or other governed policy, the service fee is nonrefundable. I will make every possible effort to make sure I’m able to perform such purchased massage sessions wherever you are scheduled. Sometimes, such as instances of a pandemic illness or outbreak, TDLR or other governed policy, create new policies that restrict my ability to work, offer massage services. Please know that I must abide by such policies out of respect of my practice and the protection of my massage license.

Should I be restricted, I will contact you to reschedule your massage session.

Massage packages are prepaid then sessions are scheduled out.

Therapist reserves the right to reschedule purchased scheduled sessions if the doula client of the therapist is in active labor and the therapist is attending a birth or scheduled induction.

Purchased massage sessions, packages, and deposits are non refundable but transferable the rate of future sessions or other services.

A travel is added on to the rate of out-call sessions

The Premiummomma Package

Massages can be scheduled weekly or twice a week if preferred. Only one massage can be carried over to the next month. However, the Full Pamper Hotmomma Massage cannot be carried over to the next month; it must be scheduled within that month. It can, however, be rescheduled within the same month if needed. All massage sessions take place in-office.
